Chequered Lampshade
The Chequered lampshade is block printed by hand. Each square measures approximately 1.5cm. The design is available in bespoke colours as well as the options shown here. Did you know checkers and chess can be played on the same board! The grid design is a playful addition to any room. The pattern is printed onto Nepalese Mitsumata Washi paper. The shade is lined with cream card and finished with a matching cotton trim.

Each shade is painted or printed to order, so please allow a two to three week lead time. Please get in touch if you need a quicker delivery and I’ll see what I can do!
Due to the artisan crafting of the lampshades, some irregularities may occur.
To preserve your piece, I highly recommend using energy efficient LED bulbs that don’t give off heat. Direct exposure to sunlight will bleach the lampshade over time.
